SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS

Together with forms there are a lot of supporting documents that owner need to prepare like (what can still remember)
1. IC photocopy
2. Sale and Purchase Agreement
3. The photograph of current house in front and back photo.
4. Taksiran Cukai
5. And so on

PAYMENT TYPE

To process the application there are fees that owner need to pay for :
A. Proses Pelan - RM200 (per extension)
B. Wang Cagaran Proses Pelan - RM500 (per extension)
C. Proses Permit Meletak Bahan Binaan - RM324
D. Wang Cagaran Bagi Permit Meletak Bahan Binaan - RM200
E. Perkhidmatan Kutipan Sisa Binaan (Alam Flora) - RM1000

For B, D is deposit can be refund.
For E will be refund if Tong RORO rental is less than RM1000

The payment need to be settle upon submit the completed form. The processing will be done on the same day. Submit form before noon. Permit will be approved afternoon

APPLY PERMIT HOUSE RENOVATION WITH MBSA

1. Go to WISMA MBSA, Level 8 at Jabatan Bangunan.

2. Ask the officer on your house renovation. The officer will inform you wheather buy BUKU PELAN SETARA or have to appoint the architect to draw the plan.

3. If buy BUKU PELAN setara you need to pay RM50 for that book.

4. Inside the book contains the regulation and options plan for owner to choose related to the renovation to do.

5. Also inside the book contains all forms that need to be filled up by owner. The owner must attend during submit the forms (important).

6. Option for plan in the Buku Pelan Setara:
- Sambungan Hadapan (Tingkat Bawah) Rumah Teres 2 Tingkat
- Sambungan Belakang (Tingkat Bawah) Rumah Teres 2 Tingkat
- Sambungan Hadapan (Tingkat Atas) Rumah Teres 2 Tingkat
- Sambungan Belakang (Tingkat Atas) Rumah Teres 2 Tingkat
- Sambungan Hadapan  Rumah Teres 1 Tingkat
- Sambungan Belakang Rumah Teres 1 Tingkat
- Sambungan Awning Rumah Teres 2 Tingkat (Hadapan/Belakang)
- Sambungan Awning Rumah Teres 1 Tingkat (Hadapan/Belakang)
